How does ProfitSharePro™ work?
If approved for an account, you’ll get access to 100% Joint-Venture funding for Single-Family Fix and Flips that meet ProfitSharePro™ criteria. The project is turned over to a project manager who will manage the day-to-day and contracts.
Is the ProfitSharePro™ process different than other lenders?
Yes, this is a unique type of funding where account holders don’t need cash, credit or experience to get 100% funding through a Joint-Venture partnership.
What are the requirements for ProfitSharePro™?
All deals need to meet these three numbers: 1. $50k Minimum Profit; 2. Rehab Cannot Exceed the Purchase Price; and 3. Under $600k ARV. We need the PDF signed contract, three comps for ARV, three contractor bids for rehab and pictures.
Is this private or hard money?
Neither. This is a Joint-Venture partnership where a JV partner funds the deal 100% that you found, manages it through to completion, and splits profits with you.
